Financial Reporting Assistance – engaged by a cannabis producer and distributor to assist with meeting year end and quarterly reporting deadlines following the departure of several key financial personnel, which resulted in the company being in jeopardy of a suspension of trading. All deadlines were met and year end financials along with two quarters of reporting were caught up within 90 days and a suspension of trading was averted.
